The Smart Water Meter replacement process

The Smart Water Meter replacement process is as follows:
- Vac-Truck Team cleans out meter box and replaces metal or broken boxes. A flag will be placed next to new box if backfill is required.
- Meter Install Team will install new meter within a week.
- Crews will backfill around meter box after install.
