What's New at the City!

Coming up in November 2022, The City of Blanco will no longer be mailing post card water bills, the water bills will be coming on a new paper format in envelopes. Also our credit card system will be changing from PSN to Fastgovpay. We will also be offering our customers auto draft for their water bills. We will keep you posted.

We are trying to keep our customers up to date with our changes. When you recieve your next water bill, they will read like this for your account number XX-XXXX-XX. The first-two numbers are the route and the middle set of numbers is your account number.

Starting 10/27/2022. we will be going live with our new utility billing software. The new system has a new credit card company called Fastgovpay. You will still be able to pay online but the credit card page will look different and you will have to create a new account through Fastgovpay.

Attention all Utility customers, water bills will be mailed out Monday 10/31/2022, due to system conversion.

2021 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) 

In 2021, the City of Blanco detected 8 contaminants in the drinking water and 1 of them were above the EPA accepted level for drinking water. Please go to to view your 2021 annual water quality report and learn more about your drinking water. This report contains important information about the source and quality of your drinking water.
