• Provide for the city's wastewater collections, treatment, and recycled water distribution services cost-effectively while enhancing and protecting the area's environment.
• Operate sustainably with high regard for protecting and improving the environment.
• Achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct all department activity in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Acquire, maintain, protect & secure the city's property, database, plant & equipment assets.
