Department Mission: The mission of the Blanco Police Department is to be responsive to the Citizens and Visitors of Blanco, Texas, through the proactive enforcement of laws, the protection of life & property, and the maintenance of order while affording dignity and respect to those they serve. The Department will strive to meet the present and future needs of the public through community partnership and innovation.

Goals:

  • Provide the Citizens & Visitors of Blanco with Effective Response Times
  • Develop a Culture & System of Community Policing that Enhances Trust in Public Safety
  • Ensure the Most Advanced Equipment & Technology is Utilized to Address Public Safety
  • Identify Long Term & Expansion Needs Within the City of Blanco
