Mayor’s Update: Customer Portal Now Active
3/8/2023
Utility bills have been mailed out and the payment date has not changed; it is still due on the 10th of every month.
During the special meeting on Feb. 7, City Council approved the purchase of the Fundview Customer Portal for utilities and court online payments. This feature allows citizens to view their utility and court payments at their convenience. There are tabs
within the portal such as pay utility bill & enroll in AutoPay, usage (which includes a usage graph), history, service orders, and profile. The City recently went live with its new Fundview Customer Portal in mid-February. Citizens must set up an account and below are the steps on how to do this.
Step 1: Go to https://www.fastgovpay.com.
Step 2: Click Login.
Step 3: Click Sign up.
Step 4: Enter your email, a secure password, and City to Pay Bills To (Blanco).
Step 5: Click Register.
Step 6. Enter the Utility Account # (required) and click Search.
Step 7: When you see your Service Address information, click Continue. (If you do not see your information, please contact the City).
There is also a helpful YouTube Tutorial to help you set up your account which can be found at https://youtu.be/sE0jT3aqONU.
We understand change is hard, but we appreciate your patience with this transition to the newer software billing system that began on October 1, 2022.
