Scenic City Announcement

We are so excited to announce that the City of Blanco has achieved Gold Status for Scenic City Certification! "The Scenic City Certification Program (SCCP) was developed and implemented to establish a foundation of cohesive scenic standards and land planning practices that advance sustainability through environmental conservation, ecosystem management, and environmental education." There are currently only 91 certified Texas Scenic Cities. Big thanks to all those who helped with the application; we couldn't have done it without you!
